3.4. Transactions: All transactions are made via Direct EFT or Debit/Credit cards only. No Card or Banking details are stored by AutoIndx.
3.5 Refunds: AutoIndx will only conduct a refund in the event of a system error. Once a payment package is purchased, it is non-refundable.
3.6 Moderation: Each listing will be moderated by our moderation team. We reserve the right to decline your listing. Moderation may take up to 24 hours.
4. User Content
4.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post on our platform, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
4.2. Content Restrictions: You agree not to post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these terms.
